This course is designed to teach and verify understanding of science fundamental concepts and skills as defined by the Science Content Standards for California Public Schools.  Tier 1 will focus on fundamental aspects of biology, chemistry, physics, and earth science, along with scientific investigation and experimentation.   Optional credit - four extended education units available.  Additional information will be provided on the first day of class.
